Students often choose NBCC when they know exactly which career path they want to take. For some, this happens right out high school. For others, it happens a bit later in life once they’ve had a chance to explore their options or learn more about themselves and their goals.  

THE IDEA

Position going to NBCC as a strategic decision versus a “back-up plan.”

WHY IT WORKS

Not everyone knows what they want to do out of high school, and NBCC is saying, “Hey, that’s ok! We’re here when you’re ready!”  This approach not only takes a step back from the traditional, pressure-filled recruitment approach most schools use, but it acknowledges that NBCC gets it’s students.
